Lead Partners of the Access & Inclusion Initiative
Target and Always are the lead national sponsors of the Girls on the Run Access and Inclusion Initiative. As sponsors of this initiative, Target and Always are supporting the organization's marathon goal of being accessible to any person that wishes to participate. The focus of the initiative is to provide financial assistance to ensure that an additional 6,000 girls will have the opportunity to participate in our transformative program in fall 2017 and spring 2018. In addition, the support of Target and Always will be used to develop curriculum modifications for Girls on the Run v.1 to further program accessibility to girls with hearing, visual, cognitive and/or physical differences.
