Dear Girls on the Run Families,

Thank you for registering your daughter for the Spring 2017 season of Girls on the Run!  Our volunteer coaches are excited to meet their group of girls and have another fun season!  Your daughter should be brining home during one of her first sessions the following:

  • Welcome letter with important seasonal dates, and expectations for being prepared for session, and opportunity to purchase discounted shoes or receive donated shoes if you've already demonstrated need.
  • Health/Waiver forms you didn't already submit this information online.  It's important to return by third session!   Click here for an English version of these letters/forms, click here for Spanish.
  • Grown-up Guide
  • Snack assignment if you volunteered (may come later in the season as snacks are scheduled out)
  • Water bottle

Be sure to check out the Grown Up's Guide! We hope you'll feel led to read about what the girls are discussing, engage your daughter about it with the provided suggested questions, and train for the ending 5k event.
